TERMS OF SERVICE


Welcome to Connected Staffing Solutions, LLC! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Connected Staffing Solutions, LLC’s services. By using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our services.

1. Definitions

"Company" refers to Connected Staffing Solutions, LLC.

"Service" refers to the lead generation services provided by the Company.

"Client" refers to any individual or entity who uses the Service.

"Website" refers to connectedstaffingleads.com 

2. Use of Services

Clients must provide accurate and complete information when using the Service. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. The use of the Service is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Clients must provide their calendar login credentials to the Company to facilitate synchronization with our system.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, Clients may be required to create an account. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password. Clients agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account.

4. Service Description

The Company provides lead generation services that connect Clients with potential customers. The Company does not guarantee that the leads will convert into customers or sales. The Company may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. The transactable event is defined as a prospect scheduling a final meeting. Cancellations where the prospect explicitly states disinterest will not be counted as transactable events. Clients may cancel any which will end agreement upon the end of that week’s cycle (Friday - Thursday).

5. Payment Terms

Clients will be charged $65 per final interview. The transactable event occurs when the final interview is added to your calendar. Charges are processed every Friday based on the number of final interviews scheduled to your calendar from the previous Friday to Thursday. Clients may cancel at any time, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of the current week. Purchasing your first final interview in advance initiates your order and enrolls you to begin receiving recruiting finals.

Clients agree to pay all fees associated with the use of the Service as specified at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. The Company reserves the right to adjust its fees at any time, with prior notice to Clients. It typically takes 7 days from the time of order for the Company to prepare the Client’s account to start receiving
leads. Expect the first scheduled finals within 7-10 days on average.

In the event that a Client’s payment method is declined or a billing issue occurs, the Company reserves the right to pause services within twenty-four (24) hours of the failed charge. During a billing-related pause, no new candidates will be added to the Client’s pipeline. Services will automatically resume once the billing issue has been fully resolved and payment has been successfully processed.

Billing for final interviews is based on the Client’s calendar availability and any pause or schedule change requests submitted in accordance with the Scheduling, Pauses, and Calendar Management section.

6. Refund Policy

Customers are entitled to a full refund for their final under the following conditions:

a. If the scheduled interview is canceled by Connected Staffing Leads as outright no longer interested.   
b. If the applicant provided false information about their state or criminal record.

7. Fulfillment / Delivery Policy

Once signup has started, interview scheduling will be start being fulfilled within 5-7 business days. Interview slots will be confirmed via email, and candidates will be booked according to their availability. Connected Staffing Leads ensures that all interviews are scheduled promptly based on mutual availability between candidates and interviewers.

8. Return Policy

As this service pertains to scheduling and delivering professional interviews, there is no traditional return process. However, if customers are dissatisfied with the quality of the service or experience significant issues, they are encouraged to reach out to our support team to address and resolve concerns. You are also entitled to refunds as per the refund policy.

9. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel at anytime by emailing [email protected]. You will be responsible for any final interviews booked prior to the day of cancellation and not responsible for any future interview schedules as we will reach out to contacts that have not yet scheduled with you to guide them elsewhere for their interview needs.

10. Scheduling, Pauses, and Calendar Management

Clients acknowledge that the Service relies on accurate calendar availability and advance notice of scheduling changes to ensure proper lead allocation, interview fulfillment, and fair billing.

10.1 Five-Day Notice Requirement for Pauses and Calendar Adjustments

Clients must provide a minimum of five (5) calendar days’ advance notice for any of the following actions:

● Requests to pause services or take time off

● Modifications to calendar availability and working hours

Requests submitted less than five (5) calendar days before the intended effective date will not take effect immediately. Instead, such requests may become effective five (5) calendar days after the date and time the request is received.

All pause or time-off requests must be submitted exclusively through the Company’s Pause Account Form, available at: https://connectedstaffingrecruiting.com/pause-account 

Requests communicated via phone call, SMS, email, or any informal or verbal method will not be considered valid unless properly submitted through the Pause Account Form.

10.2 Billing During Pause Periods and Calendar Adjustments

Billing is determined based on the effective date of a pause request or calendar adjustment, as calculated from the recorded date and time the request or change is submitted.

● Any final interviews scheduled before the effective pause or adjustment date will be billed as usual.

● Any final interviews scheduled after the effective pause or adjustment date will not be billed.

Final interviews scheduled prior to the effective date will be considered valid transactable events, even if the Client later becomes unavailable due to untimely calendar changes or pause requests.

The Company is not responsible for scheduling conflicts, missed interviews, or charges resulting from failure to comply with the five-day notice requirement or submission process outlined above.

11. Intellectual Property

The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service and all related content and technology. Clients may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without the Company’s prior written consent.

12. Confidentiality

The Company will maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information provided by Clients. Clients agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained from the Company.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

14. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their use of the Service.

15. Termination

The Company may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if Clients breach the terms. Upon termination, Clients’ right to use the Service will immediately cease.

16. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, Clients agree to be bound by the revised terms.
